What's happening in the shop + Holiday Closure

Wednesday, December 5, 2018

In the shop these days, welders and fabricators are busy working on the internal structural components of a brand-new barge. When complete, it will be used for hauling local equipment. Something to keep in mind for those who may be looking at any marine projects in the future.

We are also working on a tug boat. It was recently purchased as a complete hull with a shallow draught to enable close access to shore. We will be adding a wheelhouse, power, etc. Stay tuned for updates!

Ongoing projects include upgrades and new builds for companies such as Nyrstar and Sandvik.
